PP-RWATER-SUPPLY PIPE

PP-R water supply pipe series products are produced in accordance with the high standards and strict requirements of ISO9001 quality system. The products fully comply with GB/T18742.2, GB/T18742.3 and GBT17219 health standards and relevant health safety evaluation regulations of the Ministry of Health. PP-R drinking water pipe is a new product commonly used in developed countries in the world today. It uses homogeneous welding technology in hot and cold water transportation projects. Its comprehensive technical performance and economic indicators are far superior to other similar products, especially its excellent sanitary performance. From production and use to waste recycling, the whole process can meet extremely high health and environmental protection requirements. The product has the advantages of heat resistance, pressure resistance, heat preservation and energy saving, long service life and economy, and will gradually replace other existing types of water pipes and become the leading product. Water contains many different kinds of chemicals, minerals and impurities. When it comes into contact with the metal pipe wall, it will produce chemical reactions, causing the pipe wall to oxidize and fall off, causing secondary pollution. The raw material of PP-R pipes is polypropylene reinforced with recyclable environmentally friendly materials. It will not release heavy metals or other substances that are harmful to health; the pipe wall does not scale and meets the hygiene and health standards. PP-R pipes are the most suitable sanitary and environmentally friendly water pipes for drinking water and food industry transportation.

Product Features:
  • Hygienic, no chemical reaction, and green building materials. PP-R raw materials are polyolefins, whose molecules are only composed of carbon and elements, and have reliable hygienic performance.

  • Convenient and reliable installation: homogeneous hot melt connection is adopted, and a joint connection can be completed in a short time, which is convenient and time-saving to install.

  • Insulation and energy saving: The thermal conductivity coefficient is 0.24W/m·K, which is only one-two-hundredth of that of metal pipes, and the heat loss for hot water pipes is very small

  • Light weight and high specific strength: The specific gravity is about one-eighth of that of steel pipes, with high pressure test strength, good toughness, and good impact resistance

  • The inner and outer walls of the product are smooth, the water flow resistance is small, and the energy consumption of the fluid conveying system is low.

  • High heat resistance: The normal working temperature of water delivery is 70°C for long-term use, and the high temperature resistance can reach 95°C for short-term use

  • Corrosion resistance, no scaling: It can avoid pipe scaling blockage and yellow spots and rust on basins and bathtubs.

  • Long service life: The normal service life can reach more than 50 years.
