Lower Manufacturing Cost

The composite pipe machinery can be pulled to the site for production if meet required environment condition, which reducing the pipe transportation cost. There is no need to change the mold to manufacture any diameters between 600mm – 3000mm. Compared with the double wall bellows, steel wired reinforced pipes and Carat pipes, the production efficiencies are well considered since there’s no need to temporally pause the machine in order to change the mold.

SRPP has convinent production procedure, one equipment can produce 600mm+ Pipe caliber. If modified to one equipment with three sets of devices that can produce any specification pipes between 600mm – 3000mm caliber.

Lower Transportation Cost

All equipment can be assembled in a flatbed truck, which means SRPP can be produced on the truck. It saves a lot of costs for large-caliber pipe transportation.

DN 600 - DN 3000

Banline SRPP composite pipe machinery can produce pipe diameter from 600 mm (24-inch) up to 3000 mm (118-inch). The specific advantage is the h​igh stiffness with lower cost. The ring stiffness reached SN8 to SN12.5 , which is higher than other typical type of pipes.

Working Process

Firstly, the galvanized steel sheet un-coiled through the coating equipment, where the outer surface of the steel sheet coil is compounded with a 0.25mm thickness protective polymer film, which is a coating film with high corrosion resistance, strength and wears resistance.

 

The inner surface of the steel band compounded with a 0.25 mm thickness adhesive layer film.

 

Then, the steel band coiled with the polymer is sent to the pipe forming machine to be processed into a pipe, and then, lined with polyethylene.

 

The lining material is extruded into the ribs and onto the inner pipe wall to form a 1.65mm thickness sheet.

 

Extruded polyethylene and the adhesive layer film chemically bond to form a 1.91 mm thickness inner liner.
